Our Facility
leading the way in
food-to-farm Repurposing
Built for Scale. Designed for Impact.
3L Ag’s processing facility sits on 500 acres in Central California and is purpose-built to handle complex, high-volume food and packaging waste. This is where recovery meets reliability – whether you’re sending bulk organics, packaged goods, or damaged inventory, we’re equipped to process it efficiently and responsibly.
Our facility supports drop-off loads and daily pickup routes across California and the western U.S. Using a structured sorting and upcycling process, we separate packaging from organics, recover usable nutrition for livestock feed, and divert recyclable materials into new-use markets.
Fleet & Logistics
From daily pickups to emergency removals, our transportation network is designed for flexibility. Our fleet includes dry vans, tankers, pump trucks, and refrigerated trailers – ready to serve everything from large-scale recalls to regular facility routes. We operate across California, Nevada, and Utah with scalable service tailored to your volume and pace.
Our Upcycling Process
Everything that enters our facility goes through a rigorous sorting and recovery process. Packaging is separated, compacted, and routed to appropriate recycling markets. Food-safe organics are evaluated for nutritional content, then processed into high-quality feed for livestock. We keep waste out of landfills by making sure everything that can be used—gets used.
Certified Product Destruction
We handle product destruction for recalled, expired, or otherwise unsellable food and beverage inventory. From packaged goods to bulk materials, our destruction process is secure, environmentally responsible, and aligned with brand protection and sustainability goals. Pickup and drop-off options are available.
Get a Closer Look at Practical Sustainability
We offer guided, behind-the-scenes tours for partners who want to understand how their materials are being handled. You’ll walk through our sorting lines, see feed upcycling in action, and get a real sense of how we transform waste into usable resources. It’s a great way to see transparency in practice and understand how your diversion goals are being met.
